- Shipping to Asia (Delivery Time: 7–15 Business Days):

- Orders under HKD 2,000: Shipping fee HKD 45.
- Orders of HKD 2,000 or above: Free Shipping.
- Please Note: This product is shipped from Hong Kong and does NOT include any customs duties or taxes of the destination country; all customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If your total order value is over HKD 2,000, it will exceed the individual duty-free threshold of TWD 2,000 (approx. HKD 480) set by Taiwan Customs. Consequently, an import duty and business tax (approx. 5% - 10% of the total order value) will be 100% levied upon delivery. Furthermore, Taiwan Customs strictly requires real-time identity verification for all imports. Recipients must download and register the official EZ WAY (易利委) App prior to shipping. 2. Delivery Terms & Notices
1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
- Dispatch Timeline: All in-stock orders will be packed and shipped within 2–4 business days (excluding Hong Kong public holidays and weekends) after payment confirmation.
- Special Product Notice: As this product contains an electronic Bluetooth module and a CR2032 button cell battery, it requires strict packaging standards before dispatch. Processing times may be extended during peak order periods or holidays. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Delivery Times & Tracking
- Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can click the link in the email or log in to the Member Center at any time to check the latest delivery status.
- Note: Actual delivery times may be delayed due to local customs inspections, severe weather, or peak logistics seasons (e.g., Double 11, Christmas).
3. Package Signing Guidelines
- High-Value Item Protection: Since this product is of high value, all packages must be signed for in person by the recipient or a designated proxy. Couriers will generally not leave packages at your doorstep or inside fire hydrant cabinets.
- Outer Packaging Inspection: Upon receiving your package, please check if the outer box is intact and free from severe damage or signs of tampering. If there are any abnormalities, please take photos for evidence, refuse the delivery, and contact our customer service team immediately.
